We hosted a 1,5 week service design workshop at Railslove GmbH to facilitate service design methods and introducing a new client to use these methods for upcoming projects. Our goal was to lead through the whole process of goal directed design and service design modeling by example. The workshop was finalized with a toolset for the approach and a client presentation.
Our Scope was setting up the workshop and project, guiding through the process and consulting for evaluation and presentation.

Human Centered Design
Human Centered Design is focusing on humans, their goals, needs and mental models. The most beautiful product with
best usability ratings is worthless when its not used. People use products and services that understand human needs and help them to achieve their goals.
We learn about these goals from actual and potential users of these services by learning about their daily life, their challenges and desires with qualitative research methods. These learnings and models lead the whole process from the first concepts until implementation.
